Honey Bee Project Reflection Honey Bees are very important because they produce ⅓ of the vegetables, ⅓ of the fruits and most the honey and pollen in the world, they keep all those things full of nutrition as well as themselves. Although we should be very concerned for the honey bees because not only are they being banned from areas but are going extinct due to lack of daily nutrition. In my honey bee graph it shows how much a honey bee should receive in their daily nutrition.
Dissection Project Reflection In Biology, we had to choose to dissect an animal out of a pig, cat or spiny dogfish shark. I chose to do the spiny dogfish shark because it seemed to be most interesting considering we never see sharks living in Colorado. I learned that these sharks are only 3 to 4 feet long, slightly poisonous spine but not poisonous to people, and they are used by people for food and research such as dissection and experiment. During this project I learned that I am not grossed out by insides of sharks ( extremely slimy things) nor disgusted by the different parts of a shark, I actually find it to be very interesting.
